The NZNO negotiation team met with Te Whatu Ora today and your delegates talked about the member meetings and the determination of members to achieve a settlement that values their work and provides a safer workplace.

We also conveyed the strong support for the resolution which gave us a clear mandate in negotiations and to report back to members. We told Te Whatu Ora the claims which need to be resolved, including the clawbacks they have proposed. We'll get into the detail of that discussion tomorrow.
