Negotiations
NZNO and Te Whatu Ora bargaining teams meet to negotiate the collective agreement (may include multiple rounds)
Reporting back
NZNO members are kept informed about negotiations to date and provide direction to the NZNO bargaining team
Delegate reference group
A reference group including six delegates from each district (a total of 120 delegates) to provide guidance to your bargaining team.
Settlement
Te Whatu Ora makes an offer to settle in writing, detailing what has been agreed at negotiations
Ratification
Union members hold a formal vote to accept or reject the settlement
