NZNO-HNZ CA Negotiations Day 9 (27 February 2023)

Despite previously requesting that HNZ formally present an offer, they declined to do so today, but we do now have an idea of their monetary mandate.

We appear to have agreement on professional supervision of new senior nurses and HCA pathway and education, but we're awaiting precise wording.

A considerable amount of time was spent on further discussion around the need for a staffing safety net with minimum ratio requirements working in conjunction with established CCDM requirements.
