NZNO-HNZ CA Negotiations Day 8 (27 January 2023)
Today we talked a lot about the wage increase and this was the first time we've had the opportunity to do so since the announcement of the interim Pay Equity payment.We took the opportunity to set out the key expectations of any pay settlement, including addressing the senior nurse rates under the interim payment.
We are meeting again on 27 and 28 February.
