NZNO-HNZ CA Negotiations Day 3
After several days and several Zooms we finally reached agreement on the rules to govern the bargaining process.
During the last part of the day we commenced receiving HNZ's response to our claims and in particular our claim around staffing ratios.
Not really anything concrete to report but there will be lots more talk about ratios tomorrow as well as their response to our other claims.
